I was raised in a dynamic family that embraced adventurous holidays, both in Asia and right across Australia. Our annual tradition for the past decade has been participating in the Gold Coast Marathon, making it our primary family vacation. It was during these holidays that I developed my enthusiasm for long-distance running, striving to keep pace with my father.
During my younger years, I was also actively engaged in national competitions for the 400m hurdles, spending a significant portion of my childhood and adolescence on the athletics track.
Running the half marathon has always been my preference, and I find it incredibly enjoyable. I completed my first full Marathon on the Gold Coast in 2014, and I am very much looking forward to doing my next one, hopefully in Disneyland!
After growing up in country Victoria, I got the urge for travel and adventure, and decided to embark on a journey of my own. I packed up and relocated to Hamilton Island in the Whitsundays, then later moved to Michigan and subsequently Canada. Eventually, I returned to my roots in Australia after four years, now proudly calling the Central Coast my home.
As a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I’ve dedicated 12 years to the fitness industry across various gyms. Recently, I made the decision to pursue a career change, aligning my passion for travel with my love for fitness.
My hobbies revolve around board sports, including snowboarding, wakeboarding, surfing, and skateboarding. Much of my free time is spent with my beloved fur companion, Ralph, and my little girl, Bryerly. I thrive on adventure and embrace change with open arms.
